This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
Hello there. So, I've only just joined DA so I'm still trying to get in the swing of things. Also, I'm not exactly sure what one is supposed to wite in these journals... so here it goes:
So yesturday I bought the graphic novel, Batman: Arkham Asylum A Serious House on Serious Earth, and I just finished it today. Wow! That is the trippiest/most insane work I've ever read. It portrays madness as being more of a gift rather than a disease, or even an elevated sanity, sanity being the true madness. It was weird, but good. Batman must get through the asylum while trying to keep his own sanity intact, and that's only half the story. The story within the story is the telling of Amadeus Arkham's descent into madness. It leaves you thinking, that's for sure. I recomend this to any other Batman fans. Anyway, I shall leave with this qoute (which was qoute in the beginning of the book):
"'But I don't want to go among the mad people,' Alice remarked. 'Oh, you can't help that,' said the Cat: 'We're all mad here. I'm mad, you're mad.' 'How do you know Im mad?' said Alice. 'You must be,' said the Cat, 'or you wouldn't have com here.'" -Lewis Carroll 'Alice's Adventures in Wonderland'
... yea, I most certainly do have an obsession with Batman. In case you were wondering.
